      Unfortunately there are some folks that just aren't honest... so caveat emptor. An example from my experience is a reenactor in California named "Axis Anders" (Anders VonFalconheim) who promised a filled out soldbuch... and never delivered on that promise. Here is his email...

      "If you can send $57 (SB $30, $25 for completion, $2 S&H) paypal to sokkmonkey@rattlebrain.com, regards, Anders" That was over a year ago with no response following repeated retries, he did email me once that 'my email was bouncing' then nothing more. Hmm he did have a physical address to mail the soldbuch to so that excuse is pretty weak...
