      Unfortunately there are some people that are dishonest... caveat emptor. An example from my experience is a reenactor in California named "Axis Anders" (Anders "VonFalconheim" Hudson) who advertised a completed soldbuch ... he accepted my money and never delivered anything except a lame excuse. Here is an excerpt from his email to me...

      "If you can send $57 (SB $30, $25 for completion, $2 S&H) paypal to sokkmonkey@rattlebrain.com, regards, Anders"

      That was over two years ago with no response following repeated quieries, he did email me once that 'my email was bouncing' then nothing more. Well he did have my physical address to mail the soldbuch to so that excuse is pretty weak... he still owes me $57.00 or a completed soldbuch.
